Howdy, everybody!

In this picture, here's what i did with Paint shop pro X12:

- Advance Sharpening
- Remove some noise effect
- Reduce the backlightning (to isolate the subject and to bring it more in the front)
- A bit of global edge enhancing

08/52 Caught!

Took a picture of myself, erased the background and pasted it on top of the original image. I'm cheating a little and using this for this week's FiftyTwo entry.

teewinot.....that's the coolest thing since sliced bread....

here's my humble submission....

untitled

i say it every time but, these wwyd's are real mindbenders for me.....

anyway....what i did....

duplicated the bg twice....one layer was a selection of the wasp...the other, the bg...sharpened the bg and set to multiply....sharpened the wasp and popped his yellows....decided i didn't like the different exposures for the wasp and the bg so on a separate layer i added shadowing to the wasp and probably overdid it at that...the red/orange spots in the bg were bugging me so i adjusted them with blurred cyan spots and set this to color overlay....and lastly added a vignette....

oops....i cropped too.....

damn, wulf, you sent in a hard one!
