Default What Would You Do? 109

This weeks challenge, includes some wonderful bubbles from naeno!! You guys are gonna have sop much with this one.

The rules are simple, edit the image anyway that you see fit. Remember, to post the steps you took to acheive your final product. This challenge is as much about learning as it is about sharing with others so that they may learn.

Now, let's see what you would do!

If you would like your image to be posted please send me a medium sized photo (html code would be a plus) and a link to a larger version

This DOES NOT BELONG TO ME
Neaeno, can you provide us to a link to a larger version? The codes you sent me didnt work

I dont wanna be first but here it goes anyway:
Used Dream Suites Bonus to create the dreamy effect. Cropped it down a little. On a raster layer I added the green fairy using a tube (use a raster layer so you can move images around without affecting the orginal) Added a drop shadow. merged. duplicate. used bubbles effect, using the background image as a source for the illumination, lower opacity and merge. duplicate. using another raster layer, add fairies in the bubbles using tubes. lower the opacity. merge. added a vine frame that I have saved in my millions of saved folders, feathered edges a tad.

for what would you do challenge

I put this in Paint Shop Pro 12... I just did a script on it... colored Chalk I put the dog in first. then ran the script, then added lots of stars from tubes.. I also added a picture frame.
