You may recognize a few familiar faces here.

This was a lot of copy, paste, scale and masking over and over again.

I know this may come as a shock, but it was as much my 5 yo's idea as it was mine! Thanks!

Absolutely wonderful all of them ! I honestly have no problem with these being done in a demented manner. This lady was a tad bit of a pest to me and was not happy until I had done tons of PP work and in her words made her look 15 years younger and so much more photogenic.

The Disney shot is a riot !! Although I think poor Walt would turn over in his grave

haha, in that case...

I'm pretty sure I forgot to save the "how I did this" when I turned off my computer after I did this one..So I'll take a guess at remembering.I remember duplicating the image so I can then change the layer setting. err...I believe I did something with going to image>adjustments>black and white. and adjusted the settings to get it the way I wanted. I used masking to make her eyes red. New layer and created the swirls. added drop shadows, bevel, and outer glow to make the swirls glow... similar to how I did the other one, I merged the visible layers and enlarged the canvas a tad so i can make a boarder. Same technique for the boarder just different colors obviously. and yea...that's pretty much it I believe. ^^

Hi! Until now I was just an RSS Subscriber to this forum, but your post prompted me to become a member, too!

I'm just 15 years old, so... the result is not really exiting... However, here is my version:

(Don't hit me... I made you a... weather woman...) :$

And... a little bit younger! :$

Sorry. Here is a summary. I normally would have put better effort, but it's so small...
Done in PS CS2

Select the blouse> hue saturation, change color
desaturate whole image
dodge left side of face, burn chest and neck to re-focus lighting
healing work on skin
highpass layer sharpen
hue saturation layer to change background color, mask out blouse
photo effects layer, warming filter to give color to skin hair
new layer to add a touch of color and catch light to the eye (hard to see here)
hue saturation layer to, bump whole image saturation
vignette, remove darkening from blouse area and crop
