i found an image of a older guy of similar complextion and used layers to merege the old chaps face over the young lads face, then cut through the layer to expose the young lads teeth & eyes then tidied edges up with eraser, and set opactity level to around 25% so the layers blend well and showing the 2 faces mereged, then cut out the person and replaced the background..........!!

erm does that make sense, i aint too good at explanations.
