Color Boost @ 50%
Add white matt
Use Hypnotic function, adjust and overlay
Use Smudge function, adjust to taste and overlay
Mirrored frame to suit, then border frame and museum frame

daisy

-blurred background using lens blur (with flower masked)
-used curves layer to boost contrast (chose the preset medium contrast)
-on black and white adjustment layer, set reds, yellows, and greens, to -50, cyans and blues to 110, and magentas to -35. also set layer mode to screen at 55% opacity
-2 hue/saturation layers, one for flower and one for background... dropped master saturation of background and boosted hue, saturation and lightness of reds, yellows and magentas varying amounts
-finally burned the petals and dodged the dark parts of the center some with background masked

I like what you did with this!

Duplicated layer and colorized, added a texture layer and changed it to overlay, added a colorful layer & lowered opacity, masked out flower from color layer, flattened image.

this image was too nice to begin with, so my imagination went nowhere......i decided to add overlays of color to hopefully boost the 3d effect......there's yellow in the very center......haloed with bright red.....strips of purple, and yellows through the petals.....

Used Topaz Clean 2 to get rid of detail. Then Metalworks II for the metallic effect. Increased canvas size to add white as a frame......
