jprime - I used to do a similar drive/job a few years ago so I can understand your situation
Just a few suggestions - I see you have a remote release - how about securing the camera in your car and taking some cool self portraits ? Also what about lunch hour ? Any place you can walk around outside of office ? Maybe a night walk around your house might throw some interesting stuff ? I used to take a pic only if I found something interesting but with the 365, I have started "finding" interesting things to photograph which I normally wouldnt have ! (If that makes any sense )

I agree. One of the reasons I joined was to move me away from only taking pictures at sporting events. I was apprehensive about sticking to a theme but have found that it has forced me to think outside the box (or in my case field!). I never look at the pictures posted for the assignment on DPS and try not to look at the Flickr ones until the end of the week because I want to force myself to come up with the ideas. So far so good, I think, but my teenage girls are of the collective mind that I am too "deep" for them (i.e., the stoplight picture).

I had several good shots for the in the city assignment all from the one day, but i'd like to try to take a new photo every day unless I'm sick or away, so I've posted a few of them in share your shots under The Grand Old Lady. (in case you'd like to see them.)
