jprime - I used to do a similar drive/job a few years ago so I can understand your situation

Just a few suggestions - I see you have a remote release - how about securing the camera in your car and taking some cool self portraits ? Also what about lunch hour ? Any place you can walk around outside of office ? Maybe a night walk around your house might throw some interesting stuff ?

I used to take a pic only if I found something interesting but with the 365, I have started "finding" interesting things to photograph which I normally wouldnt have ! (If that makes any sense )

I too feel short on ideas...so I ask everybody I meet for ideas...hubby gave me the nest idea...a neighbor walking his dog suggested sites around town...which I have already taken but hand held night shots. So I am thinking...redo the shots with tripod...just because I did a shot previous to 365...does not mean I cannot try to do it better...just a few quick things...and if anyone has any ideas to share on this panel...hit me with your best shot!!! love, dame

I agree. One of the reasons I joined was to move me away from only taking pictures at sporting events. I was apprehensive about sticking to a theme but have found that it has forced me to think outside the box (or in my case field!). I never look at the pictures posted for the assignment on DPS and try not to look at the Flickr ones until the end of the week because I want to force myself to come up with the ideas. So far so good, I think, but my teenage girls are of the collective mind that I am too "deep" for them (i.e., the stoplight picture).

I did 2 for today because I don't think I'll be able to go out tomorrow. Here's my favorite of the two:

Hmm.....aas soon as flickr works for me again, I'll post my entry for today.

Edit:
It took me 15 minutes to get this uploaded. I kept getting a 'bonk' error.

I had several good shots for the in the city assignment all from the one day, but i'd like to try to take a new photo every day unless I'm sick or away, so I've posted a few of them in share your shots under The Grand Old Lady. (in case you'd like to see them.)

The only stupid question is the one that is never asked, except maybe “Don’t you think it is about time you audited my return?”
