  1. I used Photoshop
  2. I added clouds using the marquee tool and using the render>clouds filter
  3. Desaturated
  4. Used the levels tool to adjust highlights and shadows.

Default What would I do?

[IMG]3377878690_4cb85287a4_lzn[/IMG]I thought it would lend itself to a night scene so...In Lightzone I used the following:
toning=Brown Yellow (normal), Detail enhancer= SLR sharpen - (Blending mode Multiply), in high contrast=Wow (soft light), and finally in Looks=high key. This took care of the mountains. For the night sky I used Paint Shop Pro Studio. Selected Magic wand and filled the sky with black. (The imperfections in the original left the stars showing). The area between the mountains and sky had a bright line which I took out by painting it with black brush. Here is the result:
