Some images are copy protected, but sometimes (not all the time) clicking and dragging the image from the page to your desktop works - or you can try "Grab" (which is located in your "applications" -> "Utilities" -> "Grab") or taking a screenshot and editing it (cropping) it in photoshop

i did this a while ago, it's terrible though. i did it more for the 'lolz' than photoshop practice!
