Default Wwyd #86

I just couldn't get anywhere with the colour picture, so I tried some sepia effects...

Processing steps:
1. Topaz Vivacity (enlarge)
2. Topaz Adjust (colour boost and enhance contrast) to make it lighter, as original picture was very dark
3. Paint Shop Pro 'old newspaper'
4. FIlters Unlimited to add blue sky
5. PSP to crop rectangle round edges
6. PSP to resize and add colour to the frame
7. PSP to add drop shadow
