Could do. I was in a snowy frame of mind. The color change gets involved when you consider the amount of tree you'd need to select, and I went for the shorter solution. Challenging shot, thanks for lending it to us.

I don't know that I even had a plan. I'm not exactly steller in the PP area, I just start experimenting till I like what I see!

This was quite the challenging image for me. I loved the tree and the sky but felt I shot it too close in and it just never really felt quite right.
Some really great version of it so far, even the um girl.

I just adjusted the individual and composite rgb levels and tweaked the brightness/contrast, to give it a more dramatic feel.

Photoshop CS3. Adjusted curves, then duplicated the layer and played with the hue of the picture, which I then masked to bring the original color of the ground back out.


Just cropped the above picture.
