![]() I simply played with some new brushes on this one! I inverted the color of the butterflies, flipped one, erased some... honestly, I don't remember everything. I just played! I wanted more of a "mothman" look...

Using a combination of quick mask and lasso toolI seperately copied the wing, body and eye/feelers onto their own layers. Duplicated each layer and flipped horizontally. Aligned corresponding layers and used a soft edge erazer and about a 38% blur tool to tidy up rough edges then merged the duplicated layers with their corresponding layer. (body was also rotated and warped). Aligned all body parts then merged. Achieved colour with hue and saturation, colorise and channel mixer adjustments. Cloned out the butterfly on the background layer and applied a colour pencil filter. I also saved the bulerfly as a png file to use in next pic, where i used the magic wand on a random spot on the butterfly, moved the selection to a new document with a blach background that had a low opacity-high scale gradient and this is the result.
