Here is my take on it...
![]() Added gradient layer, and erased so the red would show through, desaturated the reds, added a frame and then added a deep red filter at 25%

here's what I came up with...first I played around with the color tone til I decided to go for this current tone, then I duplicated the layer and used render-difference clouds. Merged layers. Used fill pattern witht he horizontal stripes. finally used lens flare effect for the traffic light.

Here's mine
Cloned out the traffic light, adjusted levels, adjusted levels and masked each the bat and ball, added clouds.

How did you add the clouds - especially between the branches...

I added a blue layer, then did a cloud filter on it in PS. Using a mask, I put them only in the sky and reduced the opacity so that they weren't to strong and the tree branches showed through.

Duplicated image
Adjusted Levels to brighten Adjusted canvas size Used a Pop out action that included... Adding a black background (Beveled & embossed, difference clouds, etc) Added gray frame to selection that would be popped out Texturized & gaussian blurred frame Duplicated image again After action was completed... Used marquee tool to select part of pic (the main part that isn't cropped out) Inverse selection & deleted Then used black paint brush to delete part of gray frame around baseball bat Used magnetic lasso to select bat Also selected main part of pic not wanting to be cropped Inverse selection Clear On background - added text: words to 'Take me out to the Ball Game' repeated I think that's about it...! Loads of fun! I may try some other variations on it though. Thanks for getting my wheels turning once again! ![]() Amanda http://photoeditmagic.blogspot.com/ |
