Default Post Your First Photo

This is the first picture taken with my new camera. About 2 weeks ago. Trying to test the camera, I took a picture of the mask hanging up but it turned out to be more of a picture of the mirror on the wall.

My first ever model type photo shoot. Crappy back drop, makeup melting hot lights, and I had shot eagles the day before, and forgot to change the settings on my camera.

Lol thanks! I still have all the old Raw files, "luckily I learned about the importance of Raw early on" so maybe I'll revisit them sometime

Default 2 firsts

I think this is the oldest photo that I know for sure I took. I think I took it about 20 years ago with a film camera in B&W. I don't remember what camera I had.
But this isn't just the 1st photo I took, it is also the 1st negative I photographed with my Nikon (as I couldn't find the photo anywhere).
Does that count?

Wink My first photo shot with a "borrowed" camera

I "borrowed" my parents instamatic camera and shot a couple of pictures. I burried the camera in our sandbox since I didn't want them to discover it. I don't know how it appeared again as all I know is that when they took it to repair it the man told them the camera was full of sand. I guess that I by then told them what had happend with it. I must have been around 6 yrs old and that is almost 40 yrs ago by now. I have loved photography ever since then.

One of the earliest I could find and the inspiration for my screen name.

On July 4th, 2011 I had my point and shoot with me at a rooftop barbecue. I never thought of getting a 'real' camera in my entire life, but after I took these two, I started 'seeing' things differently. That started the fever.

The second one won't upload- and is HUGE so I'm including the link here.

These are my first uploads here at the site and I hope I've uploaded correctly. I've tried to make them as small as possible.
