This was fun thanks for posting this!
![]() I tone mapped it with HDR Efex Pro then brought it into Lightroom to give it a tilt-shift effect using the Gradation Filter tool.

Duplicate background and add gaussian blur, about 2 pixels, add monochrome gaussian noise, about 5% 4. Added stained paper overlay set to soft light 5. Added vignette layer 6. Added border |
