I didn't see a game on here that I find fun, but very difficult to do on the internet here... I thought I'd share the rules, in case you want to try it with your own photo group sometime, either a photography club or photowalk with multiple people, so maybe it belongs in general discussion, i also suppose that we could alter the rules of the game for internet play...
Iterations. It works like this - Someone chooses a subject and makes a photograph of it, they're given about 5 minutes or so to make their composition. Then, the next person, uses the same subject, and changes the photograph somehow - by removing an object or changing composition, adding a background, anything that can be done at the location - in an attempt to make a better photograph this continues until everyone in the group thinks that it is the best composition possible. Then the person who took the final photograph, chooses a new subject and the game begins again. It's a great game to get you thinking about composition, but hard to play on the internet, as we don't all have access to the same scene. |
