Ok, So here's a challenge for everyone.. Claims have been made on a different thread that given the ideal conditions, their mobile phone can take photos that are equally good as those taken by a DSLR.
So here's the challenge for you. Go out and take a photo with your Point and push or your mobile phone, and take the same scene with your DSLR. Now, don't make it easy, don't take a snapshot with your P&P or phone and then take 5 mins over the photo with your DSLR, and equally don't take the best photo you can with your P&P and waste the opportunity for a great photo by taking a rubbish one with your DSLR. And please do as little PP as possible. The challenge is to take the best possible photo in as close to ideal circumstances as possible, so we can judge whether we're wasting our money on 1000's of £, $, € etc worth of camera equipment when a 99 £, $ € camera is just as good. OK, Let's see what you can do. I'll join in in a while, I just wanted to get the challenge going while it was still fresh in my mind.
