I thought of having a go at my own picture
![]() ![]() 1. Made selections of the car and plane separately 2. Placed them one on top of the other 3. Used an aerial view photo to make it look like the plane was lending a helping "wing" to the car! 4. Added frame and text! |
|
|||
![]() Added some artificial lights ![]() For the plane lights: start off with a small soft brush (like 20px) at 100% opacity. Then, on top of that, brush with a double size, half opacity brush (40px 50% opacity) and continue like that. Same principle for the taxi light. The neon under the taxi was simply brushing and gaussian blurring, i also cut out the car again and pasted it on top of the original to make sure there was no neon light bleeding on the top of the car (since it's light from under the car). |

Wonderful edits so far guys!!!
Figured I better have a go at it. So here's what i did. Used the scratch remover to get rid of the lines in the tile/ Then used the clone tool to finish it up. Keep in mind, that every step I do is on a separate layer. Next I added a motion blur effect and with a large eraser tool set at 0 hardness, I erased the very front part of the cars. Next, I found a photo of a girl blowing out a candle , pasted it as a new layer, placed it at and angle i liked and the erased areas I did not want. Last I played with Topaz Adjust to get the contrast I liked and the lack of color I liked. merged all layers and done

This was a tough one
Flight "Jumbo blue" waits as Air New Zealand aircraft comes in to land ![]() Used Quick select to isolate jumbo, then shrinked selection by 1px Dragged selection onto Air New Zealand photo and transformed to be relatively to scale (bit hard here didnt want aircraft to be too small used eraser to erase new layer to allow the front aircraft to show through Pretty basic but took a bit of time I really wanted to put it at the gates but couldnt find a photo of appropriate angle but knew I had to have it at a working airport!
