Default Follow the Yellow Brick Road

Ok here is a new challenge for you - roads - any roads - show us your picture of roads - your travelling shots - roads to somewhere or from somewhere - it could be a road in your hometown - or may be a pic you have taken through the car window because there was no time to stop - they still make great pics - so share them with us. Take us around the world on YOUR road.

I look forward to seeing your road photos. Here are a couple from me.....

Well not really a yellow brick road - but it is a stone road....this one is Carcassone in France.

This one was taken in England out the back window of a bus! -

And on the gravel of the Great Central Road somewhere near the Western Australian Northern Territory border - taken through the front windscreen of the car...

Show me your roads - I look forward to seeing your shots! Thanks in advance for participating!

Default A Couple More

Less Traveled
Somewhere in North Carolina. More a driveway than a road.

Three Times
Also in North Carolina. I call it "three times" because one can pass the same tree three times when traveling on this road. The strange cropping is because I had my back against the sheer wall of the mountain and my widest angle of view on the camera, and still couldn't get the whole curve in the frame!
