So I started thinking (yeah, I know, that's what gets me in trouble! LOL) But alot of us take pics that make us think of something or someone else. I thought about a game that lets us take a pic that we have taken that we associate with something else.
I'll start.......... This reminds me of my first shooting lessons with my father.
My grandaughter taking her very first shooting lessons with me! Smile JDPelfrey Pic don't have to be of a person. Can be person, place or thing. Hope this is something fun for you all! Grin Last edited by jpel3500; 08-10-2010 at 02:56 AM. Reason: Better Title! |

JDPel,
Just to make sure I'm clear, we are to post a photo of something that reminds us of someone or something else (not pictured in the photo). ??? If I understand correctly, this should work... ![]() This photo reminds me of my father in-law. He is very nostalgic about the railroad, especially the B&O.

This photo reminds me of a scene from one of the Bronte sister's books - Wuthering Heights perhaps?

Ok, not what I had in mind, but I like your ideas better! Not sure how to change the name of the thread though! Nice pics though, both of you. Love that shot of the cliff, Jill.
And I like any form of older transportation! Good work Charlie. If either of you know how I can change the name of my thread to something more appropriate to this, please let me know. LOL JDPelfrey |

This reminds me of a love for a grandaughter.... my father (who passed away the year my grandaughter was born, 2007), with my daughter.
JDPelfrey Yeah, I know its a cluttered pic, but I wouldn't change it for anyone. Grin. |

This photo reminds me to never wait when it comes to taking a photograph. Why?
![]() The day after this photo was taken, the birds were gone. The day after that, the nest was gone. A few days later, the tree was removed (it was located outside a business). Don't put off shooting something or enjoying a photographic memory of something until another day.

This reminds me that I am having fun. It's a grenade pin that a buddy of mine gave me who was in Iraq. So when I start getting frustrated at my Radio Control Racing Hobby.....it reminds me that I am just playing. I keep it attached to the side of my Pit Box.
JDPelfrey PS. As far as the Thread name change, I cheated. LOL.... I asked Wulf to change it for me. hehehe. I think that's how it got changed anyway. |

This reminds me of the feeling when a child is born...... in this case, my grandaughter. And watching my daughters tears of pain turn into tears of joy. It was awsome!
