Ok, so this was in the DPS Flickr group, and the person was essentially pimping their own website, but I found it pretty interesting actually, so I thought I'd put the link up here. I may actually go out and try to find these things. Anyways, the 10 things to take pictures of are:
  • A security camera
  • Something under construction
  • Someone selling something
  • Something with graffiti
  • The tallest building you can find
  • A person commuting on something that's not motorized
  • People at a bus stop
  • An interesting sign or symbol
  • A bird or animal
  • A piece of litter
Thought it might be a fun challenge for people living in cities who are always looking for things to photograph.

I don't know if this counts or not, but I took one this evening that has a security camera in it. The reason I took the picture was because the moon had come out really early and was big and bright, and I thought it would look good framed near this tall building. There just happened to be a security camera on an upper ledge of the building.

Edit: Oooo. It does count, because this IS the tallest building in the town I live in.

I may give this one a whirl, and its gonna be a hard one! I live on a farm just outside of a town of about 500 people. The tallest building in town is a grain elevator... then I think there is one three story home. Not a huge town - no busses, no graffiti, and only one store. I may have to take most of the shots in the closest city (20 minutes away)...

Does it count if it's not MY city?

This is from Dallas ... I believe it's the Bank of America building.

Sure, why not? Cool looking building too. Must be a pain to wash all those windows

As I live in a city, I decided to take up the challenge. Here's what I took this morning:

* A security camera [two actually]

* Something under construction

* Something with graffiti
