My thought was to draw attention to what ever it is he's searching for.

  1. Cropped
  2. Duplicated background layer
  3. Applied a zoom motion blur
  4. Added a layer mask
  5. Selected a circular area around his noise
  6. Feathered the selection by 100
  7. Filled the selected area (of the layer mask) with black

Whoops, sorry about that!! My server went down after some updates today, but everything's peachy keen now.

I had some fun here...

1. Cropped
2. Applied a lens to give curved shape and reduce background
3. Adjusted red saturation levels to make the squirrel "pop" more
4. Embossed while retaining color
5. Adjusted brigtness/contrast

I didn't really have a specific goal with this one...I just played..

What you would do #38

What I did:
-Cropped off top and right so squirrel had somewhere to go within the frame
-Unsharp mask (radius 75, strength 30)
-Adjusted histogram midtones (-9)
-Depth of Field Tool to create sort of a lensbaby effect..
-Added borders
