New Challenge

Similar to the Before and After forum for post processing, I would like to see some Before and After photos that are NOT post processed. I'm not against PP, I just think it's interesting to see the different things that you can do with your camera to change the look of your photograph. It can be different composition, camera settings, lighting, whatever.

Since I'm starting this, I'll go first.

Before:

The photos were taken in my lightly lit bedroom at night. When I tried to take a picture with ISO 100 without the flash, it was completely blurry. The flash whited out the face, though.

It's not exactly the best picture, but it's the best I could work with, with a moving target.

I increased the ISO and took it without the flash.

Now, let's see what interesting picture you can come up with!

Wow, that does make a difference. It looks a lot better with the flashlight. I wonder what kind of affect it would have on a portrait?
