Interesting. Ok, what I did:
Levels adjustment, copied, flipped, added water/mermaid/kayak/Kodiaks, used brushes for stars/ light and eye.
Pure fantasy....

I'm kinda new at DPS (long time lurker though!) Hope I can play too



lightroom
lowered temp, tint, exposure, brightness, contrast, adjusted curves and vignette

ps
placed a cropped walking woman
put in some foggy effect using gradients (foreground to tranparent at 7% opacity, normal)
edited fog airbrush 10% opacity on overlay of 50% gray new layer


lightroom again
lowered temp, exposure, and clarity, adjusted vignette
