FinePix S9100/S9600 Not Working

My S9100 has suddenly stopped working.

I had just used it, put the photos on my computer and turned the camera off after I was done. A few minutes later, I tried to turn it on. It wouldn't.

I've changed the batteries several times and cleaned it thoroughly.

Anyone else having this problem?

I have the same camera with the same issue. It stopped working on batteries, but still works on the DC charger. Try it with a 5V DC adapter.
