I have had this camera for about 8 months now and i love it, i am only now just trying to experiment with other settings than auto. I have found that having to open the flash has been a bit of getting used to as my previous camera opened the flash automatically unless you set it not to. Anyone who fonds their pics are blurry or the colour isn't crisp, check your flash is open! If anyone can tell me how to take a crisp portrait with a blurred background i'd appreciate it! Candice |

I will be shooting the wedding pictures of my neice under a party tent, have had bad luck with these situations before, anyone have any tips? With the sun(hopefully!!)all around the tent and shadows UNDER the tent, how can I get clear, bright, focused pictures, without using the flash, which would be too bright for the feel of an outdoor wedding?
TY in advance for any help!!
