Question Fuji Finepix S200 exr and RAW files

I've always shot in jpeg on my S200 and got excellent results - ( I shot wedding's and portraits professionally with it for about 2 years) but now I'm starting to play around with RAW but can't open the files in either Photoshop Elements or Lightroom.
Can anyone help?
Geoff

Could be your version of Adobe software is older than the camera. If that's the case, you may need to upgrade ACR, and in order to do that, you may have to upgrade the application (i.e., PSE/Lightroom); you may not. Depends on when the camera came out. The Fuji S200EXR needs ACR 6.4 or later, which requires CS5 or LR3. Not sure which version of PSE that corresponds to.

However, if your Adobe applications are too old to use the ACR version that recognizes your camera's RAW files, you can also use the free DNG converter from Adobe, convert your RAW files to DNG, and they should be accessible through older versions of Adobe software.

Welcome to the Photoshop tax to getting a new camera.
