fujifilm firmware confusion???

i have vers 1.01 of the firmware on my s8000fd. the fuji website has this listed......

does "update for version 1.01" mean that is what i need to upgrade or is the 1.02 the file i need.

the update for 1.01 seems to address the issues i have with my camera and i would certainly like those fixed. it would give me the performance have been looking for. how do i know which upgrade i need and is dangerous to do myself? i am a bit confused...




this is what i think would be beneficial of the update of the firmware (below). but i am a bit confused on whether or not i am updating the firmware i already have. or if the 1.02 is the only available upgrade, b/c it doesnt seem to be worth bothering with. will it do anything to upgrade the firmware? also, is it risky to do it? the site has a cautionary statement about the camera not operating properly after you go thru the update process.



(2) Fix the issues in high speed continuous Shooting function when ISO sensitivity is set to "AUTO".
• Exposure level shooting in low brightness condition has been corrected.
(In some shooting condition, dark or black images are captured even in gloomy scenes.)
•Miss description of ISO sensitivity on Exif tag has been corrected, when shooting at ISO640.
(ISO sensitivity was recorded as "ISO64". mistakenly.)
