Thumbs up fugifilm

i have a fugifilm finepix S1730 is thhis camera capable of producing good pictures i am fairly new to digital photography having just come over from a film camera any advice on this camera would come highly handy many thanx

Cursory Google brought up a few things. Seems fine enough as a point-and-shoot superzoom, though I've never been a fan of fuji IQ or menus. Seems comparable to the S1800 that I see around here.

Any camera can produce good pictures, just depends on who's handling it. Whether it'll produce the images you want is another question.

thanks for that, im going to take it out this week and see what sort of pictures i can produce but my altimate goal is to get a nikon of some sort not sure what model yet though thanks again i look forward to posting a picture or two soon

Fuji films are the best for professional photography.If you have S100 fuji cam than you will come to know very well about this reality of the Fuji films quality.
