Default Copywriting Prints?

Hello All!

I have recently photographed a series of Sunsets and Sunrises. I have had a few requests for physical copies of the prints. I do not mind selling these but what I do not know is how to keep rights to the photo? Do I have some sort of monogram printed on it, or keep my water mark on it? I'd rather not do the water mark, just some other small deciphering factor? How do you guys do this? Thanks for the help! This part is all new to me!

Although pictures are copyright the moment you click the shutter. You should still copyright with the US Copyright office. To get the best protection. It is really inexpensive and should be a fairly easy process online.

You don't copyright at the copyright office, you REGISTER.
