If you are going to go ahead and start a webpage for your business, you really need to think it out first. In order for your site to look professional it will have to have its own domain. This only costs $10 tops, but then you also need hosting. A free business website isn't really something I see as a viable option, but that's just my .02 .
If you are not particularly adept at website design you can have someone make it for you. Wordpress is an easy solution for most website needs, and it is easy to keep running once you get started. Many templates are available so you won't have to do it yourself.

These days you can get full web hosting for less than $10 a month. There's really no point in free web hosting anymore. Even if it's not for business who cares. There's no point in looking cheesy. Go to McDonalds for breakfast 1-2 times a month and you just spent the same amount of money as you would for a web host.

Go for paid hosting + .com domain preferably if you intend to make the site a serious affair like your photo portfolio which can open up new possibilities for you. I too was hesitant to pay first since I had to shell out the amount from my pocket money but now I feel its really worth it.
I agree with Xposurepro. Minimize your expenses on petty things and save small amounts so that you can invest the same into a good web host.

You are only limited by your imaginantion.

LOL depends on how full you can get off those dinky little dollar burgers. Breakfast is where they really stick it to you. They think dry flaky biscuits are made of gold. You ask for a couple McGriddles a hashbrown and an OJ and they come back with that will be $59.95 please pull around and sell your soul at the first window.

Then you've ordered three meals and they only give you one napkin. "Oh, seriously, you want a napkin for each meal??"
