Team Photos Request

I have always taken pictures of my children and other families casually. But recently I have been asked to take team pictures and individual pictures for a volleyball team. I am new to this and would like any suggestions.....where do you get the pictures printed, is there a website to do this for you. Do you make your own order forms or is there a website that does order forms and prints out the pictures?? Any suggestions that you would have to make this go smoothly for me would be great!

I use Smugmug.com, you upload your pictures, set the prices and let them handle printing and shipping. Great Service, Great Print Quality, and unlimited uploads. A bit pricey, but worth it completely!
I think Zenfolio has similar functionality
