I am going to say no to the "exclusive rights" thing. From the sounds of things, I might as well sell the entire copywrites. Not in my best interest to be honest.

Getting some money on any of my material is always a plus- new gear!

Don't sell the copyright to your images. Only license others to use it, unless they're paying you MASSIVE amount of money and you don't care about doing anything ever again with the image.

Completely understood. I have no intent to ever sell the rights away unless offered a jet for the image. ;^)
