Head Shots and Digital Files ?

Hey all,
Just wondering if you have a "package" or "session" for head shots. What does your session include/not include? I've been trying to google photographers in my area and check out what they're charging, but I'm not having much luck.
Head shots are a different kind of animal, as the client will probably want to be able to make prints at different times in the future...do you sell any digital files for this purpose? What kind of price tag do you put per file?

Just trying to get this part of my pricing figured out...

Flat hourly rate, all post included. Client has reproduction rights only, no commercial usage. Most clients I've encountered don't care for "packages" - inevitably there's always something in those packages that isn't necessarily needed.

I think the most important thing to consider is what your client wants, not what you want to give them.
