if you just want some simple cheap cards to give away at a wedding you are shooting you should just take a laptop and printer and make a quick card using one of your shots from the wedding - you could make them while everyone is having dinner - sheets of non-perforated card stock is a cheap way to do quick customized cards

I got a sample pack of them( green MOO cards). I like them the only issue I have is they are not coated obviously so if anyone has any type of dirt on their hands they rub off on the cards. But the quality is really good.

I'm wondering about these Moo cards. Can't you just make different versions and print them in 50 at a time?

And I'm also wondering if the Mini Cards are worth it.

I'm a little tired of looking at places that pop on top of google and charge you $5 for the cards and then add last minute $30 for shipping.. I guess if the real market price for getting a stack of cards to your door is indeed $35, I'll get over this strange business model... i just need some reassurance that I am not getting ripped off

Thank you!

I find it quite funny that a site that talks about "high-quality" business cards is so poorly designed and rife with errors! :O

I'm reviewing my business cards too. I did get a load from Vistaprint recently but when they arrived I was so disappointed in the quality. They were smaller than I anticipated and really flimsy! Also I didn't have a strong sales message to tempt anyone to call or a powerful call to action written on the back!

I'm going to contact my local, small independant printer company to see if they can come up with something unique or different.

I have the MOO green cards, and I really like them. Quite crisp, good colour reproduction. They aren't glossy of course, but I don't think it detracts from the professionalism. You can see mine here.

I personally like smooth, matte cards... colours seem to be really nice on matte surfaces.

Belated update on Ovenight Prints, in case anyone is interested - I received my 'simple' business cards, print on one side, white back, and was not very impressed with them. The quality of print on the print side is ok (I only had type there, no images), the card is very sturdy, but the sidecuts are really rough and are showing brown cardboard stock texture on the edges. It's ok for the price, but I would not order more from them - next batch will probably be from MOO since so many people are speaking highly of them.
