Question pricing architectural prints?

I have shot some architectural work for a contractor friend and am billing him an hourly fee and giving him access to jpgs to use for his website. At one of the jobs the architect met us there and she would like to get prints for her portfolio. I don't actually have a contract with the contractor (but standing relationship and have done contracted architectural services for him). He heard the request and didn't seem to care at all (and he actually told me to charge HIM more for my hourly rate!). I have invoiced and stated that the use of photos is for web and his advertising and I reserve rights. I am assuming it is fine to sell to the architect but now am wondering how much do I charge? I will be sending these out to print and am assuming she will want 8x10s (which is what I used for my architectural portfolio) or 8 1/2 x 11 although maybe she'll want something smaller. Any thoughts on any of this is welcome.

I also had request from someone via flickr wanting to use one of my photos in an advertising manner and had no idea how to reply to that. Any feedback is welcome.
