There are hosts who offer free hosting as well as paid. They make money by people getting the paid stuff, lure you in with the free stuff. I've had them in the past with no problems. Freehostia being one that comes to mind.

And if TokyoRush is the only person having a problem (or if it's a local to his location kind of thing) then it's probably not something you'll need to worry about. But if it's a more widespread problem you'll have some issues to deal with.

In ref to your page limitation. I wouldn't worry about having a page for the blog. If you want to have a blog in addition to your website you can add a link it to from the website. Like stated in another post wordpress is free and so is blog spot. I like blogspot better because their pictures are right click protected. Plus its user friendly. I've noticed on some wordpress sites that you can right click on a picture to copy and save. That maybe operator error on the part of the blogger but still I prefer to have it right click protected. Hope this helps

Right click protection essentially does nothing. The PrintScreen button plus the ability to blow things up in Photoshop means that anyone with the patience and desire can take your image, right click protected or not.

is there any way to TRULY protect your pictures?
for example i know you can add tags to your pictures which can technically be changed but my camera offers a feature that you can add the information into the camera settings which essentially embedds the info into the picture. can that be tampered with if someone has the patience. i've tried and cant seem to find a way

Edit the EXIF information. There are programs to do it. The only way to truly protect your images is to not put them online. Or take photographs that are so bad nobody will want to steal them.
