I use photobiz as well, and love them! I just created another site through them dedicated solely to seniors as that is the direction my business is headed at this time. Take a look and see what you think... Website

I had smug mug for a year, and there were pros and cons...

It was one yearly fee, no comissions. I don't want money taken out of my print sales so this was perfect. I ultimately decided not to go with them again because of it's lack of presentation. It does look like "smug mug" and very boxy and old. I think people need a real experience with their viewing and that didn't cut it for me.

I used studio cloud once for a session I did and those were the highest sales I ever had... THey really do a nice job, and it is all in one software and management, like photobiz, but you use your own printer and pay no comission...

I think photobiz is a little high priced for what I need, and the guy that called me about it after I signed up for more info was rude and basically told me if I didn't use them then I am wasting my time and money...

maybe he was having a bad day

Smugmug for me. I've been using them for 3 years now, and love it.

I think it was cheaper this way than to buy a plan with unlimited photo storage from Photobiz.
Hi! I am thinking of Photobiz or Showit ... I currently use SmugMug but not extremely happy with it, because it doesn't look as professional as websites that use Photobiz or Showit. I know that Showit can be used with SmugMug linking it, but I haven't read anything anywhere that Photobiz can be used to link up with SmugMug.

I am curious about those that have links on their photobiz site that go to the Smugmug galleries where people can buy prints and view galleries. I am not sure what the person above meant by saying they also use their SmugMug site as the HTML version of their photobiz. Can you explain further?

It Photobiz easy to link with SmugMug so I have both of them or is SmugMug even needed?

Thanks!
Amanda
