Default Sign of the Times

This afternoon I watched an episode of The Peoples Court (a small claims court show). The plaintiff was suing her photog for the $250 USD when she claimed she never recieved images.

The original oral contract was to provide images for a resume plus some glamor shots. The deal was seven edited prints/electronic files for Facebook, sitting/editing fee of $50. The extra $200 was for the plaintiff requested makeup artist. They only showed one image for a moment, so it was difficult to assess the quality, but the pose was terrible.

The photog won because she did provide the images via email, a little later than promised, but the images got to the plaintiff.
