As has been said several times you have too many photos in there. I can't pick out any one photo as there are too many to choose from, but here are some of the problems I noticed that you need to work on:

* On some high-key photos, the background is too bright and washing out the rest of the photos and/or causing a lens flare type effect.
* Some have a slight colour cast.
* Some (or one in particular) has the model looking back at you in a way that causes an ugly crease in her neck.
* An outdoor shoot in harsh lighting causing dark shadows under the eyes.
* Bored looking model, same model with hair looking really scruffy (also could have been improved with decent makeup!)
* Another outdoor shot where the model's eyes look like black holes of nothingness.

This is meant as constructive criticism to help you improve, and not to tear your work apart.

I can recommend you read this blog post by Zack Arias on choosing photos for your portfolio and editing them down: Editing Your Portfolio • Photography By Zack Arias ? ATL ? 404-939-2263 ? studio@zackarias.com
Thanks, on the high-key work I'm going for very basic traditional catalog look and feel. Thanks for your input I will check out the link!

I just looked through quite a few (of your people shots), and it seems your greatest weaknesses are white balance and exposure. I do see some shots that are intentionally underexposed for a moodier look, which is fine, but I see MUCH more that look to me like they are supposedly well-exposed, but are in fact underexposed. It also seems you're running the gamut with color - how are you doing your white balance? I'm seeing blue/green/orange/magenta people. Are you calibrated? Some outdoor shots may be just color cast issues from the environment (i.e., green grass makes green shadows). If that's the case, working on recognizing that and fixing it it post is a good goal to have. Also, I'm not sure your understanding of "high key" is right. High key is not "blown out" - it's light tones with little contrast, with no blowouts or clips. Here's a decent example of it: Snow. photo - Alon Brik photos at pbase.com. Note no blown highlights (if you're calibrated, that is).

You do show promise, I see talent and with some attention to detail, you could be really good. I'm not a fashion photographer by any means, but I'm a portrait photographer and the first thing I look for is proper exposure and color. Hopefully this is helpful!
Thanks Susan! I just got my spyder to fix color/exposure issues!

I think in a way it will be excellent for you to work with a different population.

However, I can't help but back up what Eric said. I feel that the community has been very good about helping you out, however I see the same kind of replies when we do..

"Yes, but...*enter random excuse here*"

I know it's tough to hear criticism, especially when you seem to excited about the future, which is great.. but ultimately, I haven't seen a response or critique to you that wasn't straight up and pretty accurate.
Not sure what you mean by population, you mean go to another literal population of models, and the like?

EDIT: forgot to mention, I shoot custom white balance indoor studio shots, but auto white balance when using ambient light indoors/outdoors and adjust that in post.
