I'm having a hard time finding a place that can print this. Looks like most commercial printers are limited to 30" on one side. Any suggestions?

Bay Photo will do a metal print that size, which would be freaking awesome, but it's $500. I'll pitch that as an option (and has a good chance of being accepted), but would like to have a standard paper option as well.

Canvas is not a good option.
Maybe shoot these guys an email..

Photo Enlargements on Canvas, Vinyl or Wall Mural Fabric

'bout $120 for that size

When I worked at FedEx Office, I'm pretty sure we could print up to 60" short edge. It's been a while, so don't quote me on that. Quality varied based on how anal the large format guy was. The center I worked at--the guy took pride in his work and would stay late to get the prints right. I know FedEx Office (fka Kinko's) is kinda lowbrow and doesn't have a reputation, but it may be worth a shot. If you're in the Winston-Salem NC area ever, drop my name and they'll probably give you a discount.

In fact, I can think of about 4 places right off the top of my head that can print that large in Winston-Salem. Most of them are architecture/blueprint people, so that might be another heading to check in the yellow pages.

For your cost--what all are you factoring in? Just the cost of the print, or all the associated costs for that image--driving to the site, equipment, creative fee, etc? Are you responsible for the frame?

Everybody else has more experience with this than me, but I'd probably throw $400 (+price of frame) for the paper print, and an even grand for the metal print. For the brochures, see this thread. (google: "stock photo pricing site:digital-photography-school/forum" I am so glad I found out that site: feature.)

Doh, forgot to mention that. They just want the print...they'll handle the mounting.

Cost is just the cost to acquire the print.

I don't offer a 40x60 paper print, but my 30x40 is $500.

My 40x60 metal print is $1500 plus shipping (Bay requires a wooden crate for a metal print that large).
