Default Rights?

Hello all! I received a message from a hotel manager from a picture I took and it reads like this "Good morning Mr. Gillett, I am actually one of the managers at the Hotel Metro and love your picture of the property. I shared it with some of my co-workers and they equally love it. I would like to know what is your policy with using your images or what we may do to acquire the right to that specific image." I'm wondering, what are my first steps? Thanks again.

Your first step is to find out exactly what they want to use the image for as price and license would depend on the final usage.
