If you sell the file, retain the copyright, put in a contract what rights they are purchasing, how much for each and duration.

Not bad for one shot. 10 k brochure runs are a lot. However either way it must make you feel good to have your picture used. I would ask for the pdf of the brochure... Its always nice to have a copy of what you were published in. I also would ask for a hard copy.
Last thing i was published in they actual sent me the pdf before printing to see if I approved. LOL.

I would never sell them a full digital file for their own printing except for brochure work.
You have a top class image and you should have it as a standard fine art print available all the time. Loads of folks would love it. |
