Default Just about to "go live"... review requested

Been working on my new site....

Most of the legwork has been done, paperwork filed, etc etc... So I'm about ready to go live with the new business.

I'd like your input on the website.
There are still some things to be done. Incorporate a shopping cart, change/add some images, a real "contact form"....

I'm looking for overall input on design/layout etc.

Everything is coded in CSS, so if you are using internet exploder older than ver.9 you will get a black background instead of the gradient.

I didn't bother with rollovers for the nav bar, should I?

Anyways, your feedback is greatly appreciated!

there seems to be an alignment issue, sent you a screen capture to your gmail account.. I would go ahead with the rollovers, and also make the contact more prominent on every page..

Thanks!
Is the offset consistent?
Which version of I.E.? I'm working on a MAc and I.E. is the only one I can't really test well.

Hmm, I get about a 1px shift in FF/Chrome... I don't get any shift in Safari/Camino or Safari switched to using any of the other browser "user agents".
Not as easy to fix as one might think.

Ha! I think I found it!

I'm seeing something like the attached for IE and Chrome. FF looks ok to me.

BTW, it's probably too late for this, but did you consider something like kickstart.org?

Homepage. the main body text should be smaller. difficult to read when that large

the product title should be larger - it should be the first thing your eyes go to.

clean up the white border around the graphic - distracting

navigation bar text should be smaller and maybe add separation lines so that it is more obvious they are navigation buttons

good work.

Are you still using IE6 and low resolution?
I ran the sight thru Adobe Browser Lab and IE6 is the only one it looked weird on (only gives 6 and 9 for IE).

I thought I had if sorted...but I didn't.
I do now, thanks!

(I had to move the image placement from the html to the CSS....odd)

Nothing functional on my end, just stylistic things. Your typography, namely.
