If you really want to be a ball buster, you can send a DMCA takedown notice to their hosting company, and they are obligated to pull the offending images, but most will just pull the site down ( thats what go-daddy does) a simple whois search on the domain will tell you who's hosting the site.. you could also send the notice to FB and they would need to do the same..chances are FB would suspend the account as well.

I realise you're not in the UK but this might be worth looking into incase you have something similar.

Over here, businesses have a statutory right to charge interest on late payments. The client can't not pay or accept the interest rates either. A lot of business give say 30 - 60 days on account then after that it incurs interest - that usually gives corporate clients an incentive to pay.

I did a shoot for a corp earlier this year and they took over 60 days to pay up. I don't get it, I settle all my debts asap, why would you leave it? I give them 30 days from the invoice date so that they can at least do it in a batch payment with all of their other invoices/bills. But over 2 months there's no excuse.
