Question Photographers with a buisness in North Carolina
To those of you whom have a photography business and are registered with all the right people, I have a few and maybe a few more questions for you.

I do understand you are not a tax attorney I am just looking for weather or not we are on the right road. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

We are an LLC (organization/partnership)
We have filed with federal govt and have an EIN number, we have filed with the state and have an SOSID number we have also filed and received a sales and use id.
Is there something we are missing?? Thank you for your time.

I can't answer your questions, but I have one...why did you choose to be an LLC? I hope you researched your options.
