Default Photos for hause selling ad

Hi everyone
my name is Eva. I found this forum a while ago and just love it
I recently started with the professional digital photography. I used to work as a professional kindergarten and school photographer some years ago when the digital photography wasn't known yet so lot to learn for me...

I have a question and hope you can help me. A friend of mine asked me to do some photos of their house as he plans to sell it. The pictures will go to the real estate agency. I normally sell photo discs and give the Print Release to the people with keeping the copyright to me.
I'm not sure how to handle this now as the agency is supposed to use my pictures so it is a commercial use. How to set up the use license/agreement as I would definitely like to keep the copyright. What about the watermarking?

Your help would be very much appreciated
Eva

Well, you watermark pictures you don't want stolen, not ones that you have sold. I don't know many people that will pay money for a watermarked photo. There a tons of books on commercial photography and the intricacies of licensing, you should pick one up, as the advice varies by location and type of work.
