Question Anyone in the UK use DS Colour Labs?

They seem to be the best in regards to price and products on offer, was wondering if anyone had good/bad experiences with them?

Thanks x

I have used them, but it was a while ago now as I currently use a local lab for prints where I can go in person.

I found them to be fine, prints were delivered quickly, etc. From what I can see other photographers get on OK with them.

I have been using them for a few years, excellent printing really and the turnaround is admirable.
however there was an instance that they lost one of my really important orders containing unique photos (because they posted to an incorrect address) and made little effort to recover it... im still using them though

I do and the print quality (I use Lustre Pro - the first option in the list) is excellent. Their customer service is also second to non. I had a problem with a perspex block and they changed it next day no quibble.

In fact, I place an order late Thursday afternoon and it arrived first thing Friday. Brilliant.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for their prints including poster prints. Not used them for other products yet.
