Default Anyone heard of "Olapic.com" ?

olapic.com

I went to my local magazine publication to submit stuff and their link about submitting stuff redirected me to olapic.com...

Never heard of them but as soon as I saw this on the front page then I closed the site.,

Looks to me like your local magazine publication is after free "user generated" stuff.
Write to the editor/picture editor asking for their specific freelance submission guidelines.
If they direct you to that site then forget them.
