Default Copyright for landmarks?

Hi,
If I took photos of the following list and sell them, where do I stand on legally?

1) Photo of Golden Gate bridge or Statue of Liberty?
Since these are public property I assume I shouldn't need permission from anyone.

2) Photo of outside of Empire State or Sears Towers, while standing on public property (like sidewalk)? Do I need permission/ copyright or model release from the private entities that own the buildings?

3) What if I take a picture of inside of the building, while on private property?

4) Photo of a private sculpture like silver bean in Millennium park, Chicago, taken from the public sidewalk?

5) If I take the same photo while in the park, which is a private property?

6) Photo of a painting through a art gallery showroom window, while standing on the sidewalk?

7) For all the above scenarios, if I'm not selling images but just displaying them on my blog, what would be the situation?

I know in at least 1-5 cases they are not interested in coming after photographers. But aside from that in a purely legal sense let's just assume if they want to pursue legal action what would the answers be?

Thanks

Some buildings like the Eiffel Tower at night (when the lights are on) are copywrited. I have no clue about some of your specific questions, but a google search should be able to find answers about specific properties and landmarks.

I'm not looking for answers on specific landmarks, but just in a general sense.
Eiffel tower copyright thing, is it a law in France? In US are buildings and other structures protected under copyright law?

I thought as long as you are on public property and not in a high-security zone, you can photograph whatever you want.

Generally, in the US any photo taken of a building is fair game, unless it includes a trademarked logo and you're using it for commercial puposes. Photos of works of art are a seperate issue.
