What to charge for usage rights?

So, I got approached by a well known, private college where I live to shoot for their admissions materials that they're redoing. It's a college of about 1500 students. So, it's not very big, but it's a selective and respected school which is why I'm excited to get offered the opportunity. The images will be used for both print and web use. I know I need to charge a creative fee for a full days work but I have no idea what to charge as far as usage rights are concerned since this is my first commercial job. I'm totally confident that I'll be able to get the shots that they desire. Any suggestions?

You need to find out what kind of print: alumni magazines, press releases, ads, school calendars, info type books sent to prospective students. Each one dictates different usage rights and for how long do they require the rights?
